Our Messiah:

In America, Independence Day is celebrated on the 4th of July. We should rejoice for the freedom that it brings and be thankful for the soldiers who made that possible and continue to fight for our freedom and the freedom of others. We should also be thankful that with this freedom comes the freedom to worship, pray and exalt our living God. Not all places in the world allow this.

Our national freedom is precious, but our freedom in Christ is of infinite worth.(1)

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed (John 8:36).

If You Are A Believer In Jesus As Messiah
You Are "In Dependence" Of Him Every Day Of Your Life.

You are "in dependence" of Him so there is no condemnation for your sin:

Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1).

You are "in dependence" of Him to be your High Priest and make intercession for you in front of the Father.

...Christ Jesus... who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us (Romans 8:34).

You are "in dependence" of Him as your Savior:

Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them (Hebrew 7:25).

You are "in dependence" of Messiah Jesus for strength:

I can do all things through Him who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13).

You are "in dependence" of Him for true peace:

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts...(Colossians 3:15).
