After hands are ceremonially washed this blessing is said. No one speaks or touches another person in-between the blessing for the washing of the hands and the blessing over bread.
Everyone at the table receives a small piece of bread to make the blessing. The head of the table takes a piece of Hallah and while he is holding it recites the following blessing.
Blessed are you, Adonai our God, King of the universe, who brings forth bread from the Earth.
Baruk atah Adonai, Eloheinu meleck ha-olam, hamotzi lechem meen ha-aretz.
This is what the "Blessing Over Bread" sounds like in Hebrew.
