1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Grease a
10X10 inch or 14X14 inch baking pan.
3) In a large bowl, cream the eggs and sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
4) In a small bowl, combine the honey and coffee.
5) Sift the flour again, into a large bowl, adding the baking powder,
baking soda, and spices; add the nuts and spices.
6) Combine the dry ingredients and the liquid mixture,
and beat until completely blended and
smooth. Add the almond extract.
7) Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for one hour.
Whip the cream, sprinkling in the cinnamon and
sugar.
Cut the cake into squares and serve with whipped
cream topping.
